The staff proved helpful, addressing all my inquiries with efficiency. I found the breakfast quite substantial, offering various options to start the day well. The room was also very tidy. Finally, parking availability was plentiful, a significant advantage.
I encountered an issue with the air conditioning. Its operation seemed inconsistent, despite my adjustments.

Housekeeping knocked at 10am. check-out isn't until 12pm. Breakfast runs until 11am! reception didn't seem to care when i mentioned it. also, there was a fridge stocked with drinks. They are complimentary apparently. prices were nowhere to be found. I suggested that information be detailed somewhere, but the receptionist implied i should have known this already.

The room was super clean, with complimentary shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom. The shower worked perfectly. I had access to tea, coffee, and ironing facilities in the room. That was a BONUS!!! The evening meal and breakfast offered plenty of tasty options. I would consider staying here again.
The pillows were a bit too firm for my personal preference. this is a minor detail.

The room was super clean. Quality teabags were also a pleasant surprise. Breakfast included actual teapots and milk jugs. The hot food was a little tired. That's the downside to buffet service, but it was still ok. The staff were lovely. The check-in was so pleasant.
The room lighting was too DULL. There were no main lights on the ceiling.
